What we Achieved
Over the first five months, we have delivered transformative results for Dean Taxis.
How we got there
Dean Taxis are Gateshead’s largest private hire taxi company. Covering the North East with a range of vehicles. They are very well known in the local area but only had small community engagement on their posts, with many posts being very sales heavy. Their pages lacked consistency in both branding and post timings.
We first looked at the branding to create eye catching creatives that would really capture the essence of the Dean Taxi’s brand. Through this we also undertook a content shoot which captured the Dean Taxi’s drivers who are the heart of the company, along with the vehicles all in the glorious North East. The contributed greatly to the rise in Engagement, the audience loved seeing images of driver’s they recognised across the Dean Taxi’s page, all shot in the local area.
Community First
With Dean Taxi’s having a large community presence in the North East, we really wanted to showcase this across the social channels. We achieved this by sharing outstanding driver feedback which encouraged users to share their own positive feedback to get involved in the conversation. It has also been extremely beneficial to spotlight local businesses, restaurants and events to add to the community feel on the pages.
We wanted to ensure that the pages weren’t sales heavy and give followers old and new a reason to keep visiting the Dean Taxi’s pages. To achieve this, we shared interesting facts about Dean Taxi’s as well as focusing on the local area, with eye-catching photography.
THE RESULT
Over 5 months, we have generated nearly 1 million impressions across Dean Taxi’s Facebook and Instagram. This is an increase of 413%. This means that the posts across the Dean Taxi’s pages were almost viewed a MILLION times!
Engagements increased by a whopping 477% to 44,037, this in-turn generated 1,957 link clicks from the Dean Taxis posts. The majority of these linking to app downloads.
Followers across the Facebook and Instagram accounts risen by 483, meaning users keep coming back for more content!
